Manus-Bond Foam Can

Manus Bond Window & Door Foam is a one-component, home energy saving polyurethane foam sealant. Manus Bond Window & Door Foam is specifically designed to seal gaps and penetrations to form a permanent insulating barrier, preventing undesirable water and air through building envelopes. This low pressure build formulation will not bow or distort windows and doors. Contains non-ozone depleting hydrocarbon propellant. Saves energy.

Convenience packaged per order in 24 oz cans.

Application

Read back of can for directions. Attached gun dispenser to can, shake well and begin applying. Pulling gun dispensers trigger at desired rate for proper metering of bead. Manus Bond Window & Door Foam be reused as long as gun dispenser remains attached to pressurized can. Larger gaps filled will take longer to fully cure. Foam will expand 2-3 times the dispensed bead within the first hour. Fill gap only a 1/3 pof the way to allow for expansion. Will not harm electrical wire insulation, PVC, rubber and plastics. Before use read Surface Preparation and review MSDS.

Surface Preparation

Apply to clean surfaces free of contaminants that can adversely affect adhesion. Remove all old sealant before applying product. Some substrate materials may not be compatible with this product. Testing substrate compatibility with this product before full application is recommended. Optimum chemical temperature is between 65oF and 80oF.

Painting

Cured product may be painted with most industrial & consumer paints. Painting this product will protect it against UV rays. Testing prior to painting is recommended.

Storage Life

For maximum shelf life, store unopened product upright at or below 80oF.

Precautions

The propellant is extremely flammable during dispensing and cure. Do not puncture, incinerate or store above 120oF. Some applications may not be compatible with this product. Some cleaners, solvents may not be compatible with this product. Testing suitability for intended application before proceeding with full application is recommended. Use with adequate ventilation. Inhalation of vapor during application and cure may cause slight eye or throat irritation. In case of contact with eyes, lips, or mouth, flush thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Avoid repeated, prolonged contact with skin. See MSDS for additional information. KEEP OUT OF REACH FROM CHILDREN.
