Manus-Bond Spray Grade Sip-Seal is based on an advanced, hybrid silylated prepolymer. This hybrid system overcomes the limitations of typical polyurethanes without sacrificing performance. Manus-Bond Spray Grade Sip-Seal does not contain solvents or isocyanates. It is non-yellowing. Manus-Bond Spray Grade Sip-Seal offers superior primerless adhesion to large variety of substrates and has excellent paintability. It exhibits low dirt pick-up, cures fast, and is non-staining on porous surfaces. Manus-Bond Spray Grade Sip-Seal has exceptional UV resistance and is highly durable even in the harshest environments, including chemical resistance to jet fuels and road salts. Conforms to TTS-0230C and ASTM C920-02, for Type S, Grade NS, Class 100, Use NT, G, A, and M. USDA accepted.

Surface Preparation

Apply to clean, dry surfaces free of contaminants that can adversely affect adhesion. Remove all old sealant before applying 75-AM Spray Grade.

Painting

Cured product may be painted with most industrial and consumer paints. Testing prior to painting is recommended.

Storage Life

Nine months in unopened containers at temperatures not exceeding 80°F.

Precautions

Use with adequate ventilation. Inhalation of vapor during application and cure may cause slight eye or throat irritation. In case of contact with eyes, lips, or mouth, flush thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Avoid repeated, prolonged contact with skin. See MSDS for additional information. KEEP OUT OF REACH FROM CHILDREN.
